Policy Details

• All pricing reflects renting equipment for 1 day. We sometimes drop off the equipment earlier to be able to accommodate all of our customers. If this is the case, you will not be charged for the extra time that the equipment is in your possession.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the equipment for the date of the event. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.

• Tables and chairs will be dropped off on or before the day of the event . There is an additional fee for GTC Party Rentals to set up the table and chairs.

• Please re-rack and re-stack any equipment in the same place it was dropped off. If a collection of the products needs to be done by GTC Party Rentals, a $50.00 re-stacking fee will be assessed.

• Any changes to a rental agreement with less than 1 week's notice may result in restocking fees.

• Any damaged or lost equipment will be charged current market pricing.

• Cancellation policy: Any cancellations made with less than 1 week's notice may result in the loss of 50% deposit.
