With communion day weather promising to be terrible, I called up Mike and he swooped right in! He came early in the week to set up the tent so the ground under had a chance to be dry and was super easy to contact later in the week when we needed to add sides and a heater. There are a few county parks in Clark, but only 1 has a picnic area: Oak Ridge Park.
Oak Ridge Park is bordered by Clark and Scotch Plains and includes an archery range, disc golf, and a lovely, 2.5 mile path for walking, jogging, and cycling.
If you’ve reserved the picnic area, you probably won’t need tables and chairs, but we can still help!
Provide your guests with protection from the elements with our tents or add some excitement to your gathering with our games: Giant Beer Pong and Cornhole.
To use the picnic areas in any Union County park, you must reserve the date and follow the relevant guidelines.
We'll deliver most of what you need for a great party, but we don't do munchies. Here are some local restaurants that have catering menus.
We've worked with Bistro 1051 in the past and can highly recommend them. Their catering menu is diverse and includes Sushi.
Tarantella's has been operating in Clark for over 15 years. They offer Italian staples, pizza, sandwich platters, and desserts for off-site catering.
A kosher deli that can rival any of the those in NYC, Deli King of Clark has been operating for over 30 years. Their catering menu features sandwiches, buffet platters, and more.
Manny's Diner offers off-premise catering and, as you should expect from a NJ diner, there are a lot of options, including breakfast foods and dessert.
The focaccia sandwiches from Kitchen Delights are amazing, but they offer more than just sandwich platters. They also offer antipasto and hot and cold buffet trays. Many traditional Italian favorites are available.
